GhostWin (hereinafter "the App") is a local window transparency and click-through control tool.

• Window Information Access: The App enumerates open windows on your system, reading window titles, process names, and window icons to display the controlled window list. This information is used locally in real time and is not stored or transmitted.
• Local Storage: The App saves your personal settings (such as language preferences, hotkey configurations, and transparency parameters) in local application data. The App will never upload or transmit this data to any remote server or third party.
• Usage Statistics: The App does not collect any usage statistics, analytics data, or telemetry information.

2. Internet Access

The core functionality of the App does not require internet access. Internet access is only used in the following scenarios:

• When you click external links on the About page (such as visiting the website, getting more apps, or reporting an issue), the default browser is opened.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party data analytics, advertising, or user tracking SDKs.

4. Data Security

All settings data is processed and stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit any data over the network.
